National 119 Rescue Service is a representative emergency rescue organization of Korea.

Education & Training

To assume an active role in the international community, NRS is one of the official institutions for ODA program which is being expanded by Korea government. Based on the needs from the countries participating, we open courses for disaster management and rescue training.

To congratulate upgrading leadership and expanding responding capacity

 

Recently National 119 Rescue Services(NRS) has successfull completed upgraded leadership process. On the basis of new presidential decree, the leadership of NRS was decided to be lifted up from Fire Chief to Fire Marshal. At the same time, company name in Korean slightly altered, but staying without any change in English.
